The agreement
By subscribing to CaterFlow AI or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up for a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly in advance in Australian dollars, GST included, at the prices shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
Cancellation
Month to month, cancel any time, no lock-in. Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again. Fees already paid for the current month are not refunded, and you keep access until the end of that period.
Your data
You own your business data. You grant us the permission needed to process it in order to run your automations. On request after cancellation we will export or delete it. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Do not use CaterFlow AI to break the law, send unsolicited bulk messages, or upload content you have no right to use. We may suspend accounts that do.
AI output and your responsibility
Our automations draft documents such as quotes, WHS incident reports and food safety records. Drafts are a starting point: you remain responsible for reviewing them and for meeting your own compliance obligations before filing or sending anything.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
