What we collect

We collect the details you give us: your name, business name, email address, phone number, and anything you tell us about how your catering business runs. When you use our automations we also process the business data needed to run them, such as invoices, quotes, rosters, supplier orders and incident notes.

Our website records basic analytics — pages viewed, referring links, approximate location and device type — so we can see what is useful and what is not.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries, deliver and support the automations you have paid for, send service updates, and — where you have opted in — send occasional emails about CaterFlow AI. You can unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message.

Who else sees it

We use third-party providers to run the service, including hosting, database, email delivery, payment processing and analytics providers. They only receive what they need to perform that function. We never sell your personal information.

Storage and security

Data is held on access-controlled, encrypted cloud infrastructure. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected or as required by law, then delete or de-identify it.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
